Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using The Sharp Home™ (`the App`), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms are between you and Lezama Kitchen Labs Inc. (`we`, `us`, or `our`).

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans

The Sharp Home™ offers a free tier and a Premium subscription. Premium is available as a monthly or annual plan. Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you retain Premium access until the end of the paid period.

• iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → The Sharp Home™ → Cancel Subscription.
• Android:Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → The Sharp Home™ → Cancel.

Refunds

Subscriptions are processed and managed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not have access to your payment information and cannot issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be submitted through the respective store:

• Apple: Report a Problem
• Google: Request a refund

3. Free Tier

The free tier allows you to save up to 10 recipes and access core pantry, grocery list, and meal planning features. AI recipe generation and certain advanced features require a Premium subscription.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code in the App are owned by Lezama Kitchen Labs Inc. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided `as is` without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will be accurate or suitable for your dietary needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lezama Kitchen Labs Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
